Cetinje, a place of history definitely to be earmarked on your journey through Montenegro. Here, everything revolves around the town centre and its vibrant square. There are some interesting sites to see before heading down to one of the many lunch spots to have a lazy meal under the trees and soak in the atmosphere. This town needs a wealthy renewal by an ‘economic artist’ to turn it into a masterpiece.
Cetinje Mapped – by DropAPin
A lovely little town, filled with young people. Although still soaked in its war torn history it is ready to showcase its hidden beauty. This little town is not to be forgotten. It has a different atmosphere to its great coastal rivals but it is on the road to recovery. A quaint street full of local wears in the shops and small local boutiques lead you to the town centre buzzing with locals and visitors alike, soaking in the sunbeams under the wispy trees. This is a lovely lunch day getaway.
