Documents needed for your Application:

As received from the Cape Town consulate keeping in mind each consulate seems to have their own rules.

1. 1 Photo.
2. ORIGINAL PASSPORT and COPY of all the pages (including the Blank ones).
3. Form EX-01.
4. Financial Means:
   • 4 Months bank statements and other means of subsistence if needed.
   • At time of publishing this was 2316,08€ per month for main applicant.
   • Updated table below for the year 2022 (please ensure the correct amount on the Spanish government website to be 100% sure that they have not made any updated changes to the amounts), main applicant 27,792euros per annum and additional for each family member.
   • Do ADD more, these are minimum amounts, your application will be more positive /successful if you can show a little more than the minimum amounts.

1. Medical Insurance from a Spanish Medical Aid for 1 year.
2. Form 780/Cod 052. x2
3. Police Clearance (Apostilled and Translated).
4. Medical certificate (Stamped by HCPSA and Translated).
5. Proof of Residence in home country (Can be a bank statement with address on).
6. Visa Fee – Cash ONLY – Exact Amount.

Medical Insurance:

Insurance from a Spanish Medical Aid for 1 year.
